The Power to Live Heaven on Earth
3 min read

There’s a divine plan at work—and you are part of it. That was the heart of this week's message at Christ Church International Ministry as we continued in the Heaven on Earth series, now in its 17th part. With worship, prayer, and powerful teaching, we were reminded of a critical truth: living the reality of heaven on Earth starts with one thing—power.
Power for the Supernatural
Acts 1:8 reminds us: “You shall receive power when the Holy Ghost has come upon you…” This power isn't just for signs and wonders—it's for everyday living. It empowers you to thrive in your business, witness to others, and walk in your divine purpose. If there’s something missing in your life—joy, breakthroughs, healing—it’s not just a physical matter. You need power in the realm of the supernatural, where everything begins.
Our goodness, our miracles, and our victories are first settled in the unseen realm before manifesting here on earth. That’s why the pastor led a time of passionate prayer, declaring, “Power to collect what belongs to me—be released upon me in Jesus’ name!”
God's Kingdom Has a System
Just as a country runs on a system—electrical, plumbing, political—so does the Kingdom of God. And many want the results of the Kingdom without understanding or submitting to its system. You don’t experience heaven on Earth by merely copying Christian habits—you need to be plugged in to the system through true relationship with God.
Just like guests trying to replicate British technology by stealing switches and taps, without the hidden infrastructure, it won’t work. There’s more beneath the surface—and that "more" is the Holy Spirit.
Born of Water and Spirit
Jesus explained this system to Nicodemus in John 3: to see and enter the Kingdom of God, you must be born again, both of water and Spirit. Water baptism isn't just ritual—it’s divine alignment with God’s creative system, going back to Genesis. Every major move of God—from creation to the Red Sea, to Jesus' baptism—began with water. But water is only part of it.
Without the Holy Spirit, your connection to God’s Kingdom remains limited. It's not enough to attend church or recite prayers. You need the Spirit of the Kingdom dwelling in you, transforming you, empowering you.
The Spirit-Filled Life
Some believers have the Holy Spirit in part—but not in fullness. And when the Spirit is not full, other spirits can take over. The pastor illustrated how easily we slip into old patterns, even after church, if we’re not filled with the Spirit. That’s why we must continuously ask, “Lord, fill my cup. Fill me till I want no more.”
Being Spirit-filled isn't weird—it's powerful. It’s what allows you to forgive, love deeply, resist temptation, and hear from God. It’s what makes “heaven on earth” more than just a sermon title—it becomes your lifestyle.
Key Takeaways:
Power is essential: Without it, we can't access the supernatural blessings prepared for us.
God’s Kingdom operates on a system: It's not just external acts, but internal transformation by water and Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is the spirit of the Kingdom: He enables you to live victoriously and walk in your divine purpose.
Heaven on Earth is real: And it's available to those who align with God’s system.
As the pastor declared, “It is not just a message; it’s a strategic move of God.” The Kingdom of God is at hand, and with the Holy Spirit empowering you, you can live above fear, lack, and limitation.
Heaven on Earth is possible—when you’re full of the Spirit.
